Summer Sketch Club 2025
Our Sketch Club meets outdoors, once a month on a Thursday, throughout the late spring and summer. Popular with all levels of artist – we have a membership of 50+ and usually have an average of 20 artists attending each of the events, our days out offer the chance to relax with other artists, sketch, compare notes and ideas and socialise. If you are interested in sketching “en plein air” but feel hesitant about sketching in public places, Sketch Club offers a supportive and welcoming environment for all. Members organise their own transport. Members join the Sketch Club for an administration fee of £7.50 (a variable ‘per outing’ fee may also be payable on the day and depends on the venue).

Full details of all venues are sent to you once you have applied (in the Spring of each year) and paid to join the year’s programme. All members are welcome!
